To begin the refund process, please submit a request through our Support Portal. Be sure to include all relevant details to help us investigate quickly.

Once your ticket is received, it will be assigned to our internal teams for review. We'll carefully investigate the issue and confirm eligibility based on our refund policy.
⏳ Step 3: Processing Time
Please allow up to 9 business days for the full process to be completed — including investigation, approval, and payment.

We do not facilitate repurchase of lost or damaged items.
All approved refunds will be processed in Jamaican dollars (JMD) to local bank accounts only.
