Any Rocketeer may create a ticket or view our Knowledge Base without creating an account.
However, you may not be able to track the status of your ticket. So we encourage you to login to get real-time updates on how your support issue is progressing.
Please note that the username and password for the support portal is NOT the same as your Rocketship customer dashboard credentials.
For ease, you may also login using your personal Google (gmail) account information. Just click on "Continue with Google" below the Login button.
To Sign up with a new username and password, follow the steps below.
Click Sign up in the upper-right corner of the helpdesk:
The Signup form will collect your user name and email address.
Once you've logged in you may browse the knowledge base, submit a ticket or view a ticket status.
